I used this on my Toy Poodle once when I couldn't get a salon appointment. It's rechargeable. It comes with the adapter and instruction manual, but the black bag for the clippers is missing. Everything else is included, so you can use it right away! I've checked it thoroughly, but there may be overlooked stains or scratches in addition to what is described.
