This is a toilet paper holder cover. The cat design is very cute. The color in the first photo is closest to the actual product. I purchased this as part of a set, but it's unused because it doesn't fit my double toilet paper holder. It's new, but I've taken it out of the bag once, so the bag and tag are not included.
