I purchased this several years ago at J-Esthetic for the retail price (around 30,000 yen). I used it a few times and then stored it at home, so it doesn't appear to have any noticeable stains or scratches. However, the letters on the handle are starting to fade. The case is not included. It can be used both warmed and cooled. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this is a personal inspection and a used item. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping.
