These are simple slip-on shoes that can be worn as office casual. When I bought them, they felt just right. However, they are made with a wider width, so the heel slipped off easily for me. I think they would be a better fit for people with wider feet. I bought them two weeks ago and wore them about three times around the neighborhood in the first week, but haven't worn them since, so they are almost like new. There is some slight scuffing on the soles, but it's only from wearing them for three days. If you have wider feet, you might want to adjust them with insoles. The slip-on style makes them comfortable. The only concern is that they tend to slip off.
