This is a maternity record book case I received from Nakamura Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture. I'm selling these because I'm using a different one. One is not in a bag, but both are unused. I want to sell them as a set, so individual sales are not possible.
