Thank you for looking. This is made by Volks. I purchased it at an event. I used it a few times and then put it away. Is one of the hooks missing on the back of the ribbon (the part that fastens at the back of the neck)? I can't remember if it was originally like that, or if it's missing. Currently, it's fastened with a hook and thread. During this photoshoot, I removed the head without detaching the fastener to put it on and take it off. I have a cat. Although it doesn't enter the room where the item is kept, please be aware if you have allergies.
