This is a Vandoren V5 A27 alto saxophone mouthpiece. I purchased it new, choosing it from several different mouthpieces for its ease of control and effortless sound production. I used it for about six months with a mouthpiece patch. I used it about twice a week for about an hour each time. There is some fading of the logo where the ligature was attached.
