Furthermore, it reduces the deformation of the iron due to heating during the plating process, resulting in less warping. At Majimaya, we use Handed Tinplate that is thicker than usual, at 0.7mm. This provides gentler heat distribution and superior durability of the mold itself compared to other products. *Tinplate is an iron plate coated with tin.
