I bought it new, looked through it quickly, and then stored it on a shelf away from sunlight. No sun damage or back fading. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. Overall, I think it's in pretty good condition, but there's a crease on the corner (see photo 3). There are no other noticeable stains. The contents are in the same condition as new.
