Price not negotiable. I have another baby carrier, so I haven't used this one much. There are no pills, and it's generally a clean item. Waist pouch, instruction manual, and box are not included. It is a beautiful item, but please understand that it has been stored at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
