Purchased at a used clothing store in Harajuku. It was originally purchased as a set, but this is a single-item listing for the jacket. Based on the buttons and brand logo, it's likely from the 80s to the early 90s. The outer fabric is Loro Piana, and the lining is cupro (with a brand logo), making for excellent quality. There are shoulder pads. As you can see, it's quite oversized, so it would be suitable for a mode-style look. Also, due to long-term storage, there are some fold wrinkles.
