This is a Nakayoshi magazine supplement from 2006. It's a 15cm ruler, but it folds out to 30cm and can be used to draw simple shapes. This stationery was used by my daughter back then. The frequency of use is unknown, but it has some chips. The 22-23cm area is particularly noticeable. Please check the images for details.
