This is a set of one Ruscello Flosser S size and one box (30 pieces) of floss heads S size. Although it is new and unused, the outer box of the flosser is dirty (see photo 3). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored at home. Due to shipping considerations, the replacement floss heads will be shipped without the outer box.
