There are no noticeable scratches or tears, but there are creases as shown in the photos. The size is 10cm x 22cm. You can put small items such as smartphones, parking tickets, and glasses/sunglasses in it. A hook is attached to the tip. You can also attach it to thick parts such as the handles of tote bags where the hook cannot be used by wrapping it around. Thank you.
