This is a handmade hand-crank roaster with a cover, capable of roasting 100g to 400g of coffee beans. I have used this roaster about 5 or 6 times since purchasing it. The drum is made of stainless steel. ★ The rotating shaft is steel, and the stirring blades are aluminum. There are two stirring blades on the side of the drum and two at the back of the drum. The side blades are mounted at a slight angle to the drum, making it less prone to uneven roasting. Stainless steel cover (aluminum frame) ・It prevents heat from the stove from escaping and heats the beans from all directions, allowing for ideal roasting. ・It is a flip-up type, so you don't have to worry about where to put the cover when stopping the roasting process. The temperature during roasting can be measured. ★ Thermometer is not included. ・Managing the roasting temperature allows for highly reproducible roasting. ・A cooking thermometer can be inserted into the small hole (4.5Φ) in front of the inlet. ・The test spoon can be inserted and removed even when the thermometer is attached. ★Caution!! Please use and be responsible for any damage to the thermometer, as it is used differently from its intended purpose. ★Caution!!
