It appears to read "Takeho Saku" (made by Takeho), but I'm not certain. The tip is broken and missing. The paint is chipped on the lower tip. Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be any noticeable damage. One (the one with black ends) is loose when inserted, so it seems to be a different item, but I'll include it.
