This is an oiled jacket from Barbour. The hood is detachable. I purchased it about two years ago from a used clothing store in Yokohama, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so I'm selling it. The oil seems to be completely gone, but I think it gives it a nice vintage look. There is almost no smell.
