This is a Yamaha standard 48 model small shank mouthpiece. There are noticeable scratches on the side that touches the mouth. Please check the photos. I didn't notice any impact on the tone, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I believe there are almost no dents on the shank. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are very sensitive, as this item has been stored at home. Thank you.
