This is a patchwork shirt from Comme des Garçons Homme, made in 2008. It's relatively compact for a Garcons piece, and can be worn unisex. The size is M, but the measurements are: shoulder width 45cm, chest width 50cm, length 69cm, sleeve length 60cm, making it closer to a size S. It was worn only twice for a short time after purchase and has been stored in a dark place. It is a near-mint, unworn item.
