I previously purchased this Yamaha cornet on Mercari. It's a custom YCR-332. I think it's a modified used item. It looks like the lacquer has been stripped. It has dents and other cosmetic issues. Currently, all the slides can be pulled out and pushed in. The pistons also move. It's rough, you could say, but I think it's an attractive cornet for those who like vintage instruments.
