This is an Arita-yaki shallow bowl with overglaze enamel decoration. It's a gorgeous piece that follows the painting style of Ko-Imari ware. The surface has no noticeable scratches or stains, including the gold paint on the rim, but there is some age-related soiling on the foot ring on the reverse side.
