All necessary parts are present, so I don't think there are any missing pieces, but I can't confirm because there are no instructions. The items in the images are all that are included. There are no noticeable major scratches or stains, but since it was used by a child in the past, there are minor scratches and some peeling. I have cleaned it easily, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. It will be disassembled and packed for shipping.
