This is a Chagu Chagu Umako, a traditional toy from Iwate Prefecture. It comes with a case, but if you don't need it, please let me know in the comments before purchasing. There are scratches on the underside of the right front leg and on the right rear leg, but they are not very noticeable and are not a major concern to the untrained eye. Price negotiable.
