This item is in excellent condition, having been used less than 5 times. Purchased in May 2022 from the official Refa store on Amazon. Authenticity certificate card is included, but the warranty period has expired. The iron itself is in beautiful condition, but there is a slight scratch on the part shown in the last photo. The plug has some minor dirt in the grooves as shown in the photos. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this! The box is also included, but it has some stains! It has been used only a few times, so there are no problems with its performance!
