(I also have character balloons, but I've already inflated them, so I'm not sure if they will deflate properly or inflate well again. If you absolutely need them, please consult me and I can try to see if they deflate. Sky's balloon has a hole and will not inflate.) The garland was used once by attaching it to the wall with masking tape. When I bought it, the letters "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" were all connected in one line, but it was too long to fit on the wall, so I cut it between "HAPPY" and "BIRTHDAY". When I say cut, I only detached them at the metal clasps, I didn't use scissors. (Please see the 4th photo.) Because of this, only the left side of the "B" is missing its round metal clasp. The back has some slight scuff marks from the metal clasps, but the front is in very clean condition with no tears or stains. Please understand the above before purchasing.
