This is a sunshade cape. For use with baby carriers and strollers. It's made of a thin, smooth fabric. I used it in the summer for UV protection. I used it for one season. There are some frayed areas from rubbing against the Velcro, and some mud stains that didn't come out in the wash. I bought it for around 9000 yen.
