This is a color ballpoint pen with a clear Hello Kitty mascot. It is unused. The orange one has lost its mascot. Otherwise, there appear to be no defects, but I haven't tested it, so I don't know if the ink will come out. The light green one has no noticeable stains, but I don't think the ink will come out either. This item is for collection purposes, not practical use.
