I am unable to determine the purchase date or frequency of use as this item was purchased by a family member. It has been stored at home in its box. There appears to be green corrosion-like staining on the heart-shaped part. One tassel is wound up. The box shows signs of soiling. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
