This is an Ergobaby Original Infant Insert. I used it for both of my children until they could hold their heads up. I washed it and stored it in its box with a desiccant. As you can see in the fourth photo, there is one stain, but otherwise, there are no noticeable stains or tears, and it is in good condition. As shown in the eighth photo, there is a small tear and fold in the instruction manual.
