I believe this is a disassembled yukata. It doesn't seem to have been washed, as there are creases still present (with dust embedded in the seams) and loose threads. I think all the parts are present, but: The sleeves are quite short, and Although the dark color makes it less noticeable, there appears to be a fair amount of soiling. Also, there's a small hole in the body of the garment, making it difficult to tailor into a kimono. Please use the relatively clean parts, and wash it before use.
