The top was only worn for a few days during a hospital stay, and the pants were not used as I wore different ones. The material is 100% cotton. The pants have an adjustable waistband with buttons. It's a thin, all-season material, but the hospital was warm, so this one was just right (I was hospitalized around the end of November).
