I purchased this new and only tried it on. The size is M. It's fleece-lined, but the fabric is thin. I cannot answer questions about the fit as it varies from person to person. It has tags, but one is folded. I don't think there are any noticeable damages, but please be aware of initial scratches or fraying. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item stored at a private residence. There is a smoker in the household.
