This is a MOVADO antique ladies' watch from the late 1960s to the 1970s. It is a manual winding watch. Regarding timekeeping, the daily rate seems to be around 1-2 minutes. The recent O.H. (Overhaul) history is unknown, so maintenance is recommended.
