I bought this for a wedding, but the neck size didn't fit, so it's unused (only tried on). There's a ribbon on the back that can be attached with pins. It's fluffy even without a petticoat, so I think it will look very cute. The size is 100, but the neck is tight, so I think it would be best for a child who usually wears size 100 or smaller.
