I purchased this at Moncler on Kalakaua Avenue in Hawaii a few years ago. I've worn it a few times, and it's been washed. It doesn't seem like the exact same design (the color combination of the knit cap and the pom-pom) is sold on Japanese websites, but I've included a photo for reference, as the same item is currently available on Farfetch. I believe the purchase price was around 45,000 yen.
