A bamboo Japanese umbrella made with purple washi paper. I purchased this as a folk craft umbrella somewhere in Kiso a long time ago and have kept it in storage ever since, so it has never been used in the rain. It's old, and the paper has torn in several places when opened. The frame and opening/closing mechanism are in good working order, so if anyone wants to repair it and use it, please do.
