Used with a Vandoren B40 mouthpiece. I don't tighten it excessively, so I don't think it's been subjected to undue tension. When stored, I lightly secured the reed to the mouthpiece, so I don't think there's any warping or deformation. It's old, but I only used it about once a week for six months, so the condition isn't bad. The surface has discolored, but I don't see any scratches. It responds well and produces sound easily. *The seller is an amateur musician who occasionally gets paid to perform.
