This is a rare Watex pocket watch commemorating the opening of the Tohoku and Joetsu Shinkansen lines at Ueno Station. It is currently running, but has not been overhauled, so its operation is not guaranteed. It has scratches as it is old, but I think it is in good condition considering it's been 40 years.
