It's a shirt dress. There's a bit of soiling around the neckline. I think it can be removed with bleach. The sleeves are more like three-quarter sleeves than seven-tenths sleeves, maybe? It has pockets. It's see-through because it has no lining. A petticoat is required. The fabric doesn't wrinkle easily. No ironing is needed after washing.
