All boxes and accessories are included. I used it about once or twice a week (for about 2-3 hours each time) for about a year. There are two main scratches: 1. The paint around the lighting section on the front of the case is slightly chipped. (See photo 5) 2. There are fine scratches near the USB-C port on the back of the case. (See photo 6) Neither of these affect usage.
