This is a Dreamcast Visual Memory. Since I don't have the Dreamcast console, I haven't confirmed the save function. I have confirmed that the Visual Memory itself works. I was able to operate it without any problems, so I don't think there are any issues with the buttons. There isn't much discoloration, but there are some minor scratches.
