I saw Tsuneta wearing one and immediately searched for and bought it. I really like the loose design, but my shoulders are narrow, and when I tried wearing a T-shirt underneath, the shoulders kept slipping off and becoming off-the-shoulder, so I'm reluctantly selling it.
