Purchased for 79,200 yen. Wiped down all wipeable parts, including tires, and washed all washable parts after removing them. Includes head cushion, seat cushion, and foot muff. Also includes the instruction manual. The seat is clean as I used it with a towel on it. The handle can be switched to face forward or backward. The belt can be attached and detached with magnets, so it can be put on quickly even if the child is squirming! There are some minor scratches as shown in image 6.
