The film has been opened, but as the photos show, it's completely full♪ (All the colored liquid is shampoo) When shipping, I will wrap the cap with easy-to-peel masking tape to prevent any liquid from spilling. ~How to Shampoo~ Pour about one capful of shampoo into a washbasin with the wig, add water, and lather. (The water will naturally create bubbles.) Soak for about 5-10 minutes, and when the dirt floats to the surface, rinse with water. *Please refrain from scrubbing, as this can damage the wig.
