I think it's a relatively clean item. I bought it because of good reviews, but my child seemed to prefer the baby carrier. There may be some minor fiber attachments on the Velcro parts due to the material, but not much. This is a listing for the main body only. There may be oversights in the inspection by an amateur. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous, as this is a used item. It will be shipped in simple packaging, either in a rainproof bag or in a cardboard box if there is a suitable size.
