This is a moujonjon raincoat. It was used from around 1 to 3 years old. Size S, equivalent to sizes 90-100. The back buttons can be unfastened, allowing it to be worn with a backpack on◎ There is a faint name written on the neck area, and there are faded marks and dirt on the tag where a sticker was attached.
