This is a used AUGUSTIN MAPLE violin shoulder rest, sold by Viva La Musica around 2011. The shoulder rest is made of wood, allowing for a natural sound without dampening the violin's resonance. Augustin is a standard model shoulder rest. This product has black feet, though there are also versions with gold feet. The gold version tends to transmit sound vibrations more strongly, resulting in a broader resonance, while the black version produces a mellower tone with a slight difference in timbre. Product Details: Images 1-3 are sample images, and images 2 and onward are actual photos of the item. I checked the angle and rotation of the feet, and they are adjustable. As noted in images 7, 8, and 16, the rubber is worn from use. As shown in image 4, the full set includes the shoulder rest, a cloth, the outer box, and a cover. Regarding the product's condition, I obtained it as part of a set in January 2016 and used it with my violin for 8 years. I stopped using it when I replaced everything with new items and stored it away. The shoulder rest body has fine scratches from long-term use, and the feet, especially the parts that clamp onto the violin, are worn and chipped. However, it can still be attached to a violin, and the tone still has its characteristic sound, performing well.
