I purchased the F-50R NT at a musical instrument store in Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, in 1980. For 10 years, including the two years before I encountered this guitar, I devoted myself to composing (including writing lyrics) and released a single record (in an era when music CDs had not yet appeared). Thanks to the local cable radio station actively playing it, the B-side of the song somehow topped the prefectural FM request best ten program on public broadcasting for four consecutive weeks. A man who was a staff member of a famous group offered to be my manager and tried to sell the record to a record company, but it all went up in smoke with a single word from a top producer. "Your song won't sell now. It will be later." I suppose you could say it was a difficult 10 years, but I had decided to "give up if I didn't make it in 10 years," so it was a good turning point. Since then, for about 37 years, I haven't played it, but I have carefully stored the guitar, occasionally taking it out of its case to check its condition. The scratches and dents left on this guitar hold my feelings, so I would like to pass it on to someone who will embrace them all as "history" and let it roar on stage. The strings were loosened as much as possible to avoid putting stress on the neck, but I removed them for waxing. I will send the buyer new strings. Also, I purchased brass pins for this listing. I will include the new brass pins and the original pins in separate small bags and place them inside the guitar case. I believe there are no noticeable scratches on the front or back of the neck, but the back has faint marks from where I applied vinyl tape to prevent scratches from my thumb while playing. If you want to remove them completely, you can wax it further. I will include the original case, but I will treat it as an "extra" due to some rust on the metal parts. There are two keys that might fit. I will include those two keys, but I am not certain they are the correct ones, as they only partially fit the keyhole. Please try them at your own risk.
