This is a prize from the Nogizaka46 Manatsu no Zenkoku Tour 2021 collaboration with Nogizaka Mobile, the "Manatsu no Mori no Reversi" campaign. It's a T-shirt from the Fukuoka performance where Momoko Ozono's graduation ceremony was held, and it's a very rare, one-of-a-kind item. I've lost the winning certificate, so I can't include it, but it is genuine. The third photo is one I took on the day it arrived, with the winning certificate before I lost it.
