You can purchase replacement latches at a home center and install them yourself. There are small dents and scratches, but they are only on the surface and not deep, so there is no problem with use. There is a small stain on the bottom inside, but it's not very noticeable. The hinge on the right side (facing the back) is slightly chipped, but it can be used without any problems. It's a very good item, just missing the latches! Excellent insulation. Perfect for outdoor activities like camping, BBQ, and fishing in the coming season!
